Purpose
To guide users on how to manage and disable Pulse email and in-app notifications.

Instructions

Option 1: Unsubscribe from Email Notifications

1. Open any Pulse email notification.
2. Scroll to the bottom of the email and click Unsubscribe.
3. On the notification settings page, ensure you click Update to save your changes.

Option 2: Update Notification Settings in Pulse

1. Log in to Pulse.
2. Click the bell icon (top right navigation).
3. Click the three dots.
4. Select Settings.
5. Adjust notification preferences as needed.
6. Click Update to save changes.
