Canva: Copy designs or files to another team or account

If you have to log out to access the other team, follow these steps:

Make sure you're logged in to the source account and team. Not sure which account or team you're in? Learn how to switch between teams.
From the source account, go to the Projects page for the team that owns the design, file, or folder.
Hover over the item, select the More icon, then choose Share.
Enter the email address of the account you want to copy it to.
Set the permission to Can Edit, then select Share to confirm.
Log out of your current account, then log in to the one that received the shared design, file, or folder.
Open the shared item from your email or the Notifications icon in Canva.
From the editor menu bar, select File, then choose Make a copy to duplicate the item in your current account.
