If you encounter an error when attempting to access Pulse using a QR code, please follow the steps below.
Accessing Pulse via Web Browser
Pulse can always be accessed directly through a web browser.
Log in using your work email credentials.
Accessing Pulse via Mobile App
Pulse is powered by the Workvivo app. If the QR code fails to open the app or results in an error, please install and access Pulse using the steps below:

Open your device’s app store.

Download the Workvivo app.

Sign in using your work email address.

Once logged in, you will be automatically connected to the Pulse platform.
