Link DocuSign to zipForm

Follow these steps to integrate your DocuSign account with zipForm, allowing you to send documents for signature directly from your transactions.

Prerequisites

  • Active zipForm account credentials.

  • Active DocuSign account credentials.

Instructions

  1. Go to zipformplus.com in your web browser.

  2. Log in using your company email address.

  3. Click Continue to transactions.

  4. In the top-right corner, click your Profile Picture (or avatar).

  5. Select Profile & Settings from the dropdown menu.

  6. Click the Settings tab in the top navigation bar.

  7. Locate the E-Sign Options section.

  8. Select the DocuSign radio button.

  9. Click Link DocuSign Account.

  10. A pop-up window will appear; enter your DocuSign email and password to authorize the connection.

    Note: If the pop-up does not appear, ensure your browser's pop-up blocker is disabled for this site.
