Install PrinterLogic and Add Office Printers

Use this guide to install the PrinterLogic client on your computer and map office printers using your Agency Google account.

Prerequisites

  • You must be signed into your @TheAgencyRE.com Google Chrome profile.

  • Authorization Code: 0kxfpl77 (Only if prompted during installation).


Part 1: Install the Client

Select your operating system below to install the required software.

Option A: Windows

  1. Open Google Chrome and navigate to https://theagencyre.printercloud.com.

  2. Install the Extension:

    • If prompted to install the extension, click Install.

    • In the new tab, click Install Extension.

    • Click Add to Chrome > Add Extension.

  3. Install the Client:

    • If the site indicates the client is not installed, click Install to download the installer.

    • Open and run the downloaded file.

    • Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the installation.

    • Important: If asked for an authorization code, enter 0kxfpl77.

  4. Restart your Chrome browser.

  5. Return to https://theagencyre.printercloud.com.

  6. Click Login with Google OIDC.

  7. Select your Agency Google account.

Option B: macOS

  1. Open Google Chrome and navigate to https://theagencyre.printercloud.com.

  2. Install the Extension:

    • Check for the purple PrinterLogic icon in the top right of your browser toolbar.

    • If missing, download from the [PrinterLogic Extension Page].

    • Click Install Extension > Add to browser.

  3. Install the Client:

    • Return to the PrinterCloud page and click Login with Google OIDC.

    • When prompted to install the printer application, click Install.

    • Run the downloaded PrinterInstallerClient.pkg file (usually located at the bottom of your browser).

    • Click Next through the installer prompts.

    • Select Move To Trash once the installation is complete.

  4. Refresh the web page.

  5. Click Login with Google OIDC.

  6. Select your Agency Google account.


Part 2: Add a Printer

Once the software is installed, follow these steps to map a specific printer to your computer.

  1. Open the PrinterLogic console:

    • Windows: Right-click the PrinterLogic icon in your system tray (bottom right, near the clock) and select Add Printer....

    • macOS: Click the PrinterLogic icon in the browser toolbar (top right) and select Add printer....

  2. Navigate to your office location using the left-hand navigation bar.

  3. Click on the name of the printer you wish to install.

    Note: Click the name only once. Allow up to 30 seconds for the confirmation window to load.

  4. Click Yes (Windows) or Confirm (Mac) to install.

  5. (Optional) Check the box for Set as default printer if you wish to make this your primary printer.


Troubleshooting

  • Authorization Code Prompt: If the installer asks for a code at any point, use 0kxfpl77.

  • "Client not installed" loop: If you have installed the client but the website still asks you to install it, ensure you have fully restarted Google Chrome (close all windows and reopen them).

  • Extension Icon Missing: If you do not see the extension icon in Chrome, click the Puzzle Piece icon in the toolbar and "Pin" PrinterLogic.
